经过乙烯绩效提升小组的连日攻关,日前,扬子石化烯烃厂攻克了乙烯装置裂解炉裂解气大阀开关不畅的业界难关。 一个裂解气大阀重达5 吨,在长期使用过程中很容易出现开关不畅,国内许多乙烯企业曾多次出现类似问题。扬子石化乙烯装置新区的5台SL-Ⅱ型裂解炉的裂解气大阀,均采用德国 Z&J公司生产的双闸板阀门,其中01~04号裂解炉自2002年9月开车至今,已使用9年时间,个别大阀相继出现开关不畅的现象。其中,01号炉问题最为严重,即使增大扭矩也无法开关,他们被迫采用人工手动操作,开关仍然困难,开(或关)一次的时间甚至长达几个小时。正常情况下,大阀开(或关)一次需要的时间仅为3分钟。 阀门开关的延时直接影响整个裂解炉切换的进度,对装置的能耗和加工损失率影响比较大。此外,大阀开关困难直接影响到裂解炉切换的安全,增加了操作风险。 为解决大阀操作难题,烯烃厂多次召开裂解炉专题会议,分析问题根源,找出影响大阀开关卡涩的11个因素,并对末端原因进行逐一验证,协同电仪、设备、工艺专业制定了一系列维护、检修、操作方案。他们通过更换大阀轴承及齿轮组件,并借鉴燕山石化乙烯的维护经验,增设大阀伴热线,最终成功整治了01号裂解炉大阀电动头、传动机构、阀体等7处故障。 6月3日,01号炉大阀顺利关闭,圆满完成切换。截至目前,01号裂解炉大阀开关保持顺畅。 在总结01号炉大阀整治经验的基础上,扬子石化烯烃厂不断完善大阀的维护、检修和操作方案,积极在02、03、04号裂解炉大阀上实施,目前新区各台裂解炉的大阀均开关顺畅。
